What is the prrof that USA supported Syria occupation of Lebanon from 1990 to 2005. Why is the US so psycho?

I think the word "support" is not accurate. I think the USA accepted the Syrian occupation of Lebanon as "a return the favor" to Syria for joining the USA in their war against Iraq in 1991. but when things changed. the USA was the first to ask the Syrians to withdraw.
