My laptop won't start/boot up, HELP?

Yeah I would say do a fresh install of windows (get windows 7 if you can or Linux wich is free), cuz your problem is more like when you after time install allot of programs or you delete many files. Think of like washing the floor its okay to vacuum it but its better to wash cuz then you could clean much more. And after you have installed windows you should get a antivirus software (I use Nod32 Smart Security Brilliant) but you could also get free software like AVG. But yeah don't go like I don't need reinstall cuz its better to clear the air once than have to open the window all the time.
