Theory as to why WWE isn't buying TNA wrestling? do you agree?

They wouldn't be allowed to use TNA footage of Sting full stop, even if Sting retires it's owned by TNA - it is THEIR archive footage. WWE could use WCW videos of Sting because they own the company and therefore all videos/history of WCW wrestlers in all of WCW's time frame, but they can't use TNA footage unless they buy the company of TNA or the parent company Panda Energy.
