Why do i keep gettin water infections?

iv been having really painfull water infections for the past 6 months on and off, had a couple of lots of antibiotics which makes it go at the time but it comes back just a few weeks later. anybody else had this trouble or know what the problem could be because its really inconvinient and getting me down.
