Do African-American people hate whites, or is it the other way around?

I was just wondering. I was watching a movie today called Freedom Writers with Hilary Swank and it reminded me of the 1992 L.A riots. I know that the OJ Simpson trial is a clic example of racial tensions, as well as the Rodney King case which sparked the riots. So I have always wondered, do we naturally not like the other race? Which of us doesn't like who in your opinion?
