Is it Too soon to tell?

Okay, so im 7 DPO and I keep having these dull pains in my lower stomache and terrible backaches. Also i've noticed things tasting different. I had some french fries today and they tasted so metalic i wanted to puke. It possible that these are pregnancy symptoms or just coincidence? I don't want to jump to Conclusions....hlp
