The swine flu vaccine will kill the world?

I think people will eventually destroy themselves experimenting with different viruses and and other dangerous things, but I don't think this virus will get us. I'm not getting the vaccine since they say it keeps mutating anyway. I think it's good for people at risk like pregnant women and old people. I wouldn't have a problem with a kid getting it since it's very dangerous for them.
