yes i would go. You may be dehydrated which would cause the diarrhea and also could make you start going into labor. If that is the case then they will know at the hospital and will hook you up to IVs and stop the contractions. Also if its not that, then you could have eating something bad. This could also be harmful because there are different bacterias that pregnant women can get and in a normal person it wont hurt them but with the baby it could cause serious complications.
