What's the difference between LLC ,.... S corporation... and C corporation ?

I'm trying to decide should I open an LLC , an S corp or a C corp for music related purposes. I create original instrumentals that have been literally flying off the shelves . AND I'M CHARGING PEOPLE LIKE 350.00 per track . It's unbelievable how these B list celebs are buying them . SO WHAT WOULD BE BEST TO OPEN UP,.....LLC ,...S-Corp ,.......or C-corp ?????
