How do i remove the headlights from a 92 honda prelude?

i have been trying for hours and the damn things wont come out someone please help me before i take a bunch of things off that is unnecessary. what i need to know is what things i have to remove and just some steps would be nice to see what i forgot i just got this car and dont have a book for it yet. if you know any links or anything please post it. it will be greatly appreciated
