Learning the piano basically ? Beethoven etc.?

I am 15 years old and I am in my sophmore year of highschool, I know the keys on a piano, I can read notes, and I can play twinkle twinkle little star, and chopsticks, I know the basics, I havent really played in a while, and I want to take up lessons again, by senior year I want to be able to play hungarian raphasody number 6, or record a CD full of music played by me from other music composers such as Franz Lizst and others. Is this possible to do for me ? I will need to get lessons, and I also would like to compete, how can I do so ?
