Popping noise/ pain in hip?

I'm a dancer and every time I kick my leg it makes this weird popping noise and I get a sharp pain almost all the way around my hip...I'm a teenager so it doesn't have to do with age. If I leap or do ariels it feels like somethings popping in and then out...It's really weird. Thanks for helping!
