Blu-ray player probleme?

MY blu-ray player is messed up. I have a SONY BDP-S350 and i put in a dvd to watch and it wouldn't load it just said wait for like 10 mins but it wouldn't play so i hit eject and that did not work and nether did the power on so i had to unplug it. when i pluged it back in and turned it on it kept saying wait then a little while later "sys err" (system error) if i turn it on it wont turn off it just keeps saying wait and the f****** eject on still dose not work how can i fix this????
