Is it time for a relationship or not?

me and this guy have been talking since the end of july...like we've hung out, are def felling each other the same way. when do u think is a reasonable time for a relatinoship...we dont want to rush...but then again I just am soo readyyy!!..i know he isnt a rushing type..its like killing me cos i would be down right now!!..is october...nov....too long??? like whats reasonable?
