Is the specs for this laptop ok for me??

They should be fine, if you are into film you may want to look at a bit bigger hard drive or use and external usb drive for more storage space and maybe a bit more ram would be good for movie editing. For film stuff I would suggest looking at an apple they are heaps better for film and graphics design than any windows computer could ever be
