Is this whole grain bread?

From your ingredient list I ume you are in the USA and I am not very familiar with the food regulations in your country. here in the UK it could be cled as whole grain bread as every part of the wheat grain is actually used, i.e. the whole grain. As for gluten, buckwheat, spelt, kamut and quinoa, these are only small additives to make the bread more attractive in taste and for marketing purposes. As for sugarcane fiber, I would have thought there was enough fiber in the whole wheat grain, any extra is again for marketing purposes. Personally I don't trust food products that have a long ingredient list. All that is needed to bake a loaf of bread is wholemeal (wholewheat) flour, sugar, fat, salt, yeast. Everything else above are just additives and preservatives, unnecessary for a good, wholesome loaf.
