Why is the Lady of the \taj buried on the 3rd storey of a 7 storey building?

The Taj Mahal has 7 storeys. There are storeys with divided rooms above and below the graves. Below is a corridor with on either side some 22 rooms and the rooms have Hindu motifs on them. So much of the Taj Mahal is blocked off and sealed from public view... let me have some answer
